Published clinical data from a real-world setting
A peer-reviewed, retrospective pilot study compared commercially administered NAD+ IV and Niagen⢠NR IV across four consecutive infusions. Niagen IV averaged 37 minutes per session versus 97 minutes for NAD+ IV, with markedly fewer adverse experiences and no clinically significant changes in blood chemistry or inflammatory markers at 30 days post-infusion.

The first controlled clinical study on Niagen⢠IV
In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled pilot study, a single 500mg infusion of Niagen⢠IV produced a more than 20% peak increase in blood NAD+ levels at 3 hours post-infusion, with 75% less infusion time compared to NAD+ IV and fewer adverse experiences reported.
